2010 New York Press Club Journalism Awards Entry Form
Overview
  • Fill-out and submit this form for each entry.
  • Form information will presist after first upload making multiple entries easier.
  • A cover letter may be uploaded at the same time as the entry file.
  • You may hand-enter a cover letter into the NOTES box, if desired.
  • Maximum size of each file: 2 GB (2,048MB / 2,097,152KB). (Larger files will not transfer).
  • Files must be in one of these formats: PDF, TXT, BMP, TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, FLV, WAV, MP3.
  • If submitting a URL (no file), enter it where indicated below, in the URL box.
  • If submitting related URLs, copy & paste them into the NOTES section.
  • Wait until upload is complete before closing browser. (Upload may take several minutes).
  • Following upload, confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide.
  • If confirmation does not arrive within a few minutes (check SPAM filter), please try again.
